These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of rahmandm.com and to the digital marketing services provided by Mizanur Rahman (“I”, “me”), based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. By using this website or hiring me, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
I provide Facebook (Meta), Google and TikTok ad management, conversion tracking setup and growth consulting. The exact scope, deliverables, price and schedule are agreed with you in writing (email or message) before work starts.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices shown on this website are starting prices and may change for custom work. Ad spend is paid directly by you to the ad platform and is separate from my fees. Payment terms are agreed before work begins. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, fees for work already delivered are not refundable.
3. No guarantee of results
Results shown in my projects and case studies are real examples from specific accounts, but they are not promises. Advertising results depend on many factors outside my control, including your product, offer, price, website, market, competition, budget and ad platform changes. I do not guarantee any level of sales, leads, ROAS, CPA or rankings.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information and timely access to the ad accounts, website and tools needed for the work.
- Make sure your products, offers and ads follow the law and the advertising policies of Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms.
- Keep your own accounts secure. Ad accounts remain your property.
I am not responsible for ad account restrictions, disapprovals or suspensions caused by platform decisions or by content or practices outside my control.
5. Confidentiality and client names
I keep client information confidential. Unless a client agrees otherwise, projects and case studies on this site do not name the client, and figures are shown as reported in the ad platforms.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, design and images, belongs to me unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or republish it for commercial use without written permission. Ad creatives and accounts built specifically for you are yours once the agreed fees are paid.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost revenue arising from the use of this website or my services. My total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid me for the service that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending the work
Either of us may end a monthly engagement with notice as agreed when the work starts. Fees for work already done remain payable.
9. Website use and links
The information on this website is general and may change. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and I am not responsible for their content.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.
11. Changes
